From the time I was quite young, I remember being aware of a call from something beyond anything I saw with my eyes, beyond the physical existence I witnessed around me.  I was highly sensitive and aware of energies, of the way the Earth and the animals and plants spoke to me.  Not able to articulate my sensibilities to others,  I found myself up in the middle of the night creating art, reading books, writing poetry, and “listening” to something I could not identify.  To this day I am up in the middle of the night doing very much the same because I find it impossible to articulate in words what I sense.  The images you see here are visions of a call to something beyond the seen.  They are showing me both the constraints I live within and the vision of what lies beyond them. 

We all live in a box of our own creation, one that dictates our perception of the possible for ourselves.  I say that there is something beyond that box, something more expansive and beautiful than most of us allow ourselves to imagine, if only we have to courage to awaken to it.  What is calling to you? 

These images came through me, but are universal to us all.  Find your own dream within them.   Let them be a call to your soul to stretch and expand beyond whatever you believe is possible for you at this time.  Then find one as a symbol and allow it to speak personally to whatever urge is aching to be fulfilled.
