My art truly comes to life when you experience the color, texture and spirit infused into an original painting.
Each piece is created in layers upon layers of color and unique textural surfaces.
Ever since I was a child I was enchanted with the play of light and the sensual feel of surfaces. The colors of the natural world, the gleam of metal, the richness of a piece of aged wood, and the glorious hues in all plant life, are all reflected in my work.
I have worked on my art both directly and indirectly for over 60 years. The richness in my work comes from a lifetime of experience and wisdom, of trial and error and literally blood, sweat and tears.
To create what I do I work on all aspects of my life.
I invest in those things that grant me access to both the inner guidance and the external tools I use in the creative process.
I live my life in a way that supports my spirituality and my creativity.
I do believe in magic and I often experience my work evolving as if by some magical means. but that magic has taken me a lifetime to cultivate.
So when you purchase a piece of my art you are saying that you see and value all of the years of experience it has taken to be able to do what I do.
